Responsibilities:
- Deep functional understanding of Zoho, including Zoho CRM, Creator, Zoho One, Zoho Desk, etc.
- Efficient implementation, customization, and administration of Zoho and related apps.
- Complete knowledge of system configuration and setup.
- Proficiency in technical documentation.
- Integration of Zoho Apps with third-party applications.
Eligibility:
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
