Experience – 3+ years
Responsibilities:
- Identify, understand, negotiate, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate solution planning and act as the primary liaison with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for smooth delivery.
- Drive prioritization processes to align with stakeholders’ priorities.
- Suggest solutions and facilitate implementations independently.
- Ensure alignment of business priorities and delivery schedules.
- Require strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Eligibility:
- Experience in Zoho product implementations.
- Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
- Sound understanding of IT technology concepts and software architectures.
- Ability to understand and define product and platform functionality.
- Build credible customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Project management experience in fast-paced environments.
- Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Tech.
